3.3 Vendors agree to comply with AgriX’s refund and customer support policies.
3.4 AgriX reserves the right to remove any vendor who fails to meet performance standards or violates platform policies.
Buyer Obligations
4.1 Buyers must ensure that all information provided during purchase is accurate.
4.2 Buyers agree to make timely payments for their orders.
4.3 Buyers must report any issues with orders, including damaged or incorrect items, on the same day of delivery.
Use of Platform
5.1 The platform is intended for personal and commercial use related to agricultural products.
5.2 Users agree not to engage in any fraudulent activity or misuse the platform in any way.
5.3 AgriX reserves the right to monitor activities on the platform to ensure compliance with these Terms.
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
6.1 Vendors are responsible for preparing and dispatching orders within the specified time
6.2 AgriX partners with third-party logistics providers for delivery.
6.3 Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and product type.
6.4 AgriX is not liable for any delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
6.5 Buyers should be aware of potential shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
Return and Refund Policy
7.1 AgriX do not ask for product returns. Customers may keep the product, and if eligible, a refund will be processed.
7.2 Refund requests must be raised on the same day of delivery.
7.3 Refunds will be processed based on AgriX’s assessment of the claim in line with the vendor’s refund policy.
7.4 Vendors are bound to fulfill the decisions made by AgriX on refunds.
7.5 Refunds claims will be considered if the product is:
- Damaged (physically destroyed or broken)
- Defective (unable to function as intended)
- Incorrect (wrong product/size/color, fake item, or expired)
- Incomplete (missing items or accessories)
- Not as described (does not match the product description or images)
7.6 Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days after approval.
Price & Payment Policy
8.1 Vendors set product prices, including any applicable taxes.
8.2 AgriX supports multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash on delivery. Buyers must pay for products using the available payment methods.
8.3 All payments are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
Commission and Fees
9.1 AgriX charges vendors a commission on each completed sale. The commission percentage varies based on the product category and agreement with the vendor.
9.2 Vendors are responsible for any additional transaction fees charged by payment providers.
9.3 Agrix will disburse payments to vendors after deducting applicable commissions.
Limitation of Liability
10.1 AgriX is a marketplace that facilitates transactions between buyers and vendors. We do not own or sell any products listed on the platform.
10.2 AgriX is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
10.3 AgriX’s liability is limited to the amount of the disputed transaction.
Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the platform, including logos, images, text, and graphics, is the property of Agri Direct Private Limited.
11.2 Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent from Agri Direct Private Limited.

15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
15.2 Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pakistan.
