This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions for vendors who wish to list and sell their products on TheAgrix, a leading multi-vendor platform for the agricultural sector. It is essential for vendors to read and understand this Agreement, as it governs their rights, responsibilities, and obligations while using the platform. By registering as a vendor on TheAgrix, you agree to comply with this Agreement and any future amendments.

Vendor Registration

  • Vendors must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.
  • Vendors may be required to submit business licenses, tax identification numbers, and bank account details.
  • The platform reserves the right to approve or reject any vendor application.

Product Listings

  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
  • Vendors must ensure that all products comply with applicable agricultural, safety, and quality regulations.
  • Prohibited items, including illegal, counterfeit, or hazardous goods, may not be listed.

Order Fulfillment

  • Vendors must process and ship orders within the agreed timeframe.
  • Accurate tracking information must be provided for all shipments.
  • Failure to fulfill orders on time may result in penalties or account suspension.

Returns and Refunds

  • Vendors must clearly state their return and refund policies on their product listings.
  • Vendors are responsible for handling returns and issuing refunds in accordance with their policies.

Fees and Commissions

  • AgriX charges a commission on each sale made through the platform.
  • Commission rates and payment schedules are agreed upon during vendor registration.
  • The platform reserves the right to revise commission rates with prior notice.

Payments

  • Payments will be disbursed to vendors after deducting applicable commissions.
  • Vendors must ensure that their bank account details are accurate and up to date.

Vendor Conduct

Vendors must:

  • Act in good faith and maintain professional conduct when dealing with buyers.
  • Respond promptly to buyer inquiries and complaints.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Vendors may not:

  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
  • Attempt to bypass platform fees or commissions.
  • Post harmful, defamatory, or obscene content.

Account Suspension and Termination

  • AgriX may suspend or terminate vendor accounts for policy violations, non-compliance, or poor performance.
  • Vendors may terminate their accounts by providing written notice to AgriX.
  1. Limitation of Liability
  • AgriX is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform.
  • The platform does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by vendors.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Vendors will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. Vendors agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
